The Gite
Le Gite at Le Sorbier is a detached converted barn constructed in the local stone. It has been sympathetically renovated to a high standard.

Kitchen / Living / Dining Room
Double doors lead straight into the spacious open place living/kitchen/ dining area which is around 42 sq metres. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven and gas hob together with a washing machine and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans etc as well as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Double patio doors in the living room provide light and sunshine with views over the terrace and front fields.
Two comfortable sofas provide ample seating for 4 people.
The dining table provides seating for 4 people on black painted Ercol chairs.
There is a TV on which you can watch UK “freeview” programmes.
Open stairs lead up to the first floor.
First Floor
Bedroom 1
This room has a large velux window providing views over the fields. The window has a black out blind. There is a super king bed (6ft) which can be split into two single beds. There is a storage unit with hanging space and two chests of drawers for extra storage. This room also has the original wooden beams.
The ensuite shower room has a shower enclosure of 90cm x 80cm with two shower heads. A velux window provides light and ventilation.
Bedroom 2
This room has a window to the floor and a 5ft wooden bed. There is an open clothes hanging rack and a chest of drawers providing lots of storage space. The room also has attractive original wooden beams providing lots of character.
The ensuite shower room has a large shower (180cm x 60cm), again with two shower heads. There is an attractive vanity unit for storage. This room has a velux window providing light and ventilation
Garden
Garden / Pool
The gite has a private garden providing somewhere to sit in the shade or the sun all day and there is a charcoal BBQ (charcoal not supplied)
The stunning 12m x 4m swimming pool is available for use and is just a few metres from the gite. The pool is shared with the owners unless the house and gite are taken together.

- Check-In : From 16:00 to 20:00
- Check-out : By 10:00
- Minimum Stay : 7 nights (June-Sept)
- Minimum Stay : 3 nights (May and October)
Please Note: Changeover day is Saturday only and holidays must be multiples of 7 nights (except May and October)
